Vaquero Taquero makes breakfast and street-style tacos in Austin, Texas. Our specialty is the Taco al Pastor, made by carving flame-seared pork off our trompo (vertical fire spit) which we wrap in a warm handmade tortilla and garnish with roasted pineapple, cilantro, onion, salsa, and avocado crema.
